Part A agrees to entrust Part B to buy or rent the above properties under the following terms:
1.   Entrusting Date: From the date of __________________ to the end of finding a suitable property, Part B will be the single ( ) or non-single( ) representative agent, and they can end the agreement with the written form.

2.   The representative of Part A  must show  Part A’s valid identification  to Part B, otherwise the one who signs his or her name must be responsible for inspecting the house.

3.   While inspecting the house, Part A must not change name cards or leave each other the contact ways. If there is such need, Part B will be the go betweener and does it for them.

4.   Fees and the connected responsibilities:
1). The service fee will be 3% of the total volume of the business.   And once the renting or purchasing agreement of the contract between Part A and the owner of the house is signed, Part B should get all the pay once;
2). If Part A signs the renting or purchasing agreement with the owner without the permission of Part B, Part A must pay three times of the service fee to  Part B;
3). If in such a situation as that Part B has already shown Part A the related properties, Part A entrust a third party to do it for him or her, Part A must pay the related service fee to Part B;

5. The Confirmation Documents for the Customers before Renting/ purchasing properties is signed after negotiation with willingness, as for the unmentioned part, it can be added after the agreement of the both parties.
