《加拿大英语诗歌概论》近日出版
我校加拿大研究中心主任冯建文教授和外语系赵慧珍教授合著（笔名逢珍）的《加拿大英语诗歌概论》一书近日由民族出版社出版。该书是国内首部系统研究加拿大英语诗歌的专著，其出版受到加拿大政府的资助，出版后受到国内外学术界的重视，也受到诗歌爱好者的欢迎。
该书涉及的范围较广，从加拿大早期殖民地时代的诗歌开始，一直到二十世纪末，基本上概括了加拿大英语诗歌的发展全貌。除各时期的代表性诗人和诗作外，还重点讨论了早期诗歌、联邦诗人、蒙特利尔诗歌运动、现代诗人、当代女诗人、西海岸诗人、土著族裔诗人和少数族裔诗人等问题。
An Outline of Canadian English Poetry, a monograph by Professor Feng Jianwen, Director of the Canadian Studies Center at Nanjing University of Finance and Economics, and Professor Zhao Huizhen of the Foreign Languages Department of NUFE, with a joint pen name Fengzhen, was published by the Ethnic Publishing House in Beijing, October 2008. It is the first book on Canadian poetry in China and its publication was supported by the Canadian Government. It has attracted attention of the academic circles both at home and abroad, and has been appreciated and enjoyed by a wide range of Chinese readers as well.
The book covers almost all the important Canadian poets, from the earlier colonial period up to the end of the 20th century, with an overview of the whole development of Canadian English poetry. Along with the representative poets of every period and their representative poems, some emphatic discussions are made on important issues such as earlier poets, the Confederation poets, the Montreal Movement, modernist poets, contemporary women poets, west coast poets, aboriginal poets, and etc.
